I made this breakfast smoothie Saturday morning. I don't know if it was the new fancy shmancy Cuisinart blender or the perfect amount of ingredients, but it turned out sweet & refreshing.
Here's how I did it...
2 cups of whatever frozen fruit you choose (I used blueberries & peaches)
1 cup of organic vanilla yogurt
1 cup of orange juice
Place in blender in no particular order & blend until smooth - about 2 minutes. Makes a little over 2 glasses full. Save the extra smoothie for later in the day when you need a little pick-me-up!
I'm thinking about becoming a "smoothie for breakfast" girl... but I'm afraid I might miss chewing too much. Decisions, decisions.
